« Probably the most dog-oriented place we’ve ever stayed—dog bowls, treats, cute canine decor, etc. Small but well supplied kitchen, fine for preparing simple meals. Comfortable bed, couch in living room nice for reading on the day it rained hard and continuously all day. Located next to large but quiet RV park with space to walk dogs. Joni was very prompt and friendly in her communication. Would stay here again if traveling through area. »

« The property was in poor condition needing major updates. You stuck to the carpet with socks on. We were without water for two days and are looking for a refund for those two days. Would never return to this property the pictures were deceiving. We will say the view was a million dollar view. »

« We stayed here as a base point for exploring Prairie Creek Redwoods Park and Trinidad. Darling little cottage. If there are just a few of you; don't let the size of the property scare you off. They've packed a "big punch" into a small space. Very comfy. »

« It was a nice quiet place and very clean ! Only downside was we got the place for the hot tub and was told the day of that we were not going to be able to use hot tub our first night because they people before us thrashed it and had to be emptied! The next morning we checked it and it was finally ready but still had sand in bottom of it. We still got in last night and it was very relaxing! Definitely would highly recommend for a quiet get away! The cards and games were a plus! Since no hot tub...
