« The room was as described. It has warmed tile in the bathroom, which is delightful. The jetted tub was in bad need of cleaning. When the jets were engaged they sprayed black material into the water. We didn't use the tub. The check in process was unclear as it directed us to a wall safe inside the lobby to find our keys. « The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. « At the base of the Park City Mountains Canyon Resort the location was perfect! We were within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hiking trails and a quick drive to Old Town. The unit was cozy and clean and Ron was always available to answer our questions. Easy check in, valet or self parking options and friendly staff. Our only recommendation is that the unit upgrade to smart TVs to allow live streaming. »

« This was our second time staying here. It’s the perfect location close to elevator, ski locker, rentals, close to the adult pool and one of the outdoor heated pool/spa. We always enjoy our stay and during Christmas with the Christmas trees lit outside you can see from the balcony. We didn’t have great snow this year at Park City but still had a great time and even ventured off to Brighton which we loveddddd! »
