« I was so pleasantly surprised by the property! Great location, good AC units and comfortable. Bottle of wine and chocolate was provided and very clean. Location was fantastic. The only reason why I wouldn’t go back is because the mattress was absolutely dreadful. As well as the pillows were hard as a rock. Also had a bit of challenge finding how to get into the unit. There was also no note on where to park, so I had to ask staff if the restaurant if they knew. Ended up being a block+ away....

« A major amenity for me was the promised “off-street parking.” As we were there for business it was important to us to have our vehicle securely nearby for our three nights. We were informed upon check-in that the parking for this listing was only “permitted and metered” parking on nearby streets (no parking allowed on the street where this listing is). Owner apologized but said the two spaces in the rear lot were not for this listing. I am disputing this with VRBO and have already spent about 80...

« After a few minor issues when we first arrived, the property team made sure all was rectified and that we were happy. The apartment has a wonderful view of the Susquehanna River and the neighborhood is filled with interesting, period architecture. Walking around the area was easy and safe. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very spacious for just the two of us. »

« When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed the overwhelming new paint smell, but couldn't do anything to help air it out. The property itself looked nothing like the photos. The deadbolt on the front door looked as if it had been kicked in and haphazardly repaired. Some windows were painted shut, others were unable to be locked. Both of those pose a safety concern, especially in that area. There were roach traps everywhere, exposed flooring covered by carpet strips, and the futon...

« Perfect stay! Clean place with plenty of room. Did not use the kitchen as we had a short stay.However, it looked to be well stocked with your cooking needs. We walked to nearby brewery and enjoyed dinner there both nights. Comfortable bed and nice pillows. Within 2 miles of Penn State medical campus. That was the focus of our visit and loved the proximity. »
