« The property has a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach where you can walk and walk in either direction. The property was clean and comfortable with two great decks. As other reviewers have noted, the decor is dated. That didn't bother me because I've never stayed in a beach house that seemed up-to-date and I think the price reflects it. My only complaint is that it's a little beat up inside and out. Nothing that ruined my stay, but worth noting. I would gladly stay there again. »

« Went on the bucket list Bandon Dunes buddies golf trip. Was shutout of staying onsite but were not disappointed in Plan B of staying in this house. The house was perfect! « House was very nice. View was outstanding with easy access to a pristine beach. Kitchen was great (we didn’t use it but it was very well appointed). Only real drawback was the driveway was steep which was a bit of an issue for the hitch on our truck but we were able to angle in backwards and make it work. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River.
