« Incredibly convenient location and beautiful sunsets. Not so much handicapped/bad knee friendly (we had three with bad knees and it was difficult) due to many stair levels, dining room even has stairs. We expected stairs but this was more than we had anticipated for people with mobility problems. It did have a well equipped kitchen and really enjoyed the huge shower head in the master bedroom. I gave it five stars because guests without mobility issues would find the location, view, host/rental...

« Having a bathroom in every bedroom was awesome! The house needs some tender, loving care a few repairs and a good dusting, but we enjoyed every inch of it. The pool was grand location was perfect. The washer and dryer both quit working, but they were repaired by the time we got back home the next day. »

« We had an amazing time. We celebrated my daughter’s 15th birthday and the home had everything we needed. The hosts quickly answered all of my questions. Looking forward to next year. »

« Our first time in the Northern Banks / 4WD section of OBX. We are hooked, we’ll definitely be back. We went in the off-season which was quite nice. The property itself is as advertised and very comfortable and spacious, and well appointed. The owner was extremely responsive and a breeze to deal with. I thought it was very good value for the money and appropriately priced. Highly recommend but hopefully YOU don’t book MY Thanksgiving holiday next year! :) »

« Host was extremely responsive. The house was very clean and in close proximity to the beach. Great view of the ocean from the front balcony. Hot tub was perfect. The living space was spacious and the community was quiet and peaceful during our NYE stay. »

« The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was very nice and suited our space needs nicely.There were small issues with things in the house like blinds that didn’t open or hanging blinds in bedroom that were missing sections which didn’t provide us privacy at night and let the sun in in the morning. Also, one towel per person for one week isn’t sufficient. Could also use more that one dish towel. Children’s clothing/underwear was also found in one of the top bunk...
