« This was a fantastic place for our family vacation! The property was very clean and updated with nice interior. We loved it because the lot was located directly on the water with a canal and spot to dock our boat. We went out in our boat and explored the area, went fishing and swimming. There are good restaurants, wineries and the beaches of the outer banks are close by. Enjoyed being on the water here sunrise and sunset. We will be coming back to stay here again! »

« I loved the property. Submerged in nature. Was so nice to see ospreys and herons, wild horses everywhere. I loved offroading everywhere, it was so fun. Every turn had a new adventure for me and my dog. The house is tiny but the property is very large. I don't think that should deter anyone. The owners went above and beyond to help me with airing my tires down. They were fantastic hosts. Me and my dog had a great time. »

« Stay here again? YES ! I'm ready to move in permanently! Host is very responsive. Neighbors are amazing. The morning visitors (chickens and horses) just make you smile. The house had everything the 4 of us needed. 5 minute walk to the beach or 1 minute drive. Stay here was half the cost of staying at a house overlooking the beach during the same period of time. »

« Very clean, perfect location especially if driving on the 4x4 beach, close to beach and other areas in Corolla, very well stocked kitchen plus rest of condo, prompt contact and response from owners, plenty of places to walk. Perfect place to stay and will be returning. »

« We overall enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout was great, the inside was clean and comfortable, the amenities were good! Communication with hosts was quick. However, we were disappointed because it was not really spring- ready; we had to wash out the canoes/ kayaks/ paddle boards of hundreds of spiders, wash the outside chairs to be able to use them, and all of the Wii remote batteries were dead with no replacements. Especially since all properties this particular weekend were up-charged...
