« The house was great! Comfortably fit 5 adults and 3 kids. The house and property surrounding is beautiful. We stayed in the winter but imagine in the summer it's a blast. SO much to do right on site (yard games, etc). There was snow when we arrived, but everything was nicely plowed and shoveled. The kids got to do a little sledding down the hill on the side of the house. Kitchen had anything you need. We cooked up a storm. Tom, the host, was very responsive and helpful. « The yurt was private yet not scary-secluded up in the trees. Our little treehouse! It was plenty spacious and stayed warm enough despite brisk October nights. There was sufficient electricity outlets but not much in the way of cell phone service, so if that matters to you, then make a plan, or plan to enjoy nature with less connectivity like we did. The outside shower was pleasant and the outhouse surprisingly not uncomfortable. Communication with host was easy and quick and I can’t wait to...

« We had a fantastic stay. Peak's Island is the best of both worlds in that it offers all the charm of any small Maine island but also has easy access to the city of Portland. The view was fantastic-waves crashing into the rocks-can't beat it. Gino was incredibly accommodating and was quick to answer any questions that we had. We hope to come back! »
