« Lovely home! The pictures don’t so the home justice. Great backyard for our dogs! House was clean, beds were comfortable, and communication with Diane was fast! Located next to Scratch Bakery and across from Willard Scoops homemade ice cream. Quick drive to the Old Port. Hope to return! »

« This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby. »

« A wonderful stay in Portland for our family of 5 dog. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our quick visit to town. »

The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

« Alexa was an amazing host! She was responsive and gave reliable and helpful local recommendations. The house was clean and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed the swim spa enclosed patio! Definitely recommend! We will return next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Alexa. »

« Orchid Harbor is a charming house located in one of Maine’s beautiful coastal areas. There was lots of room inside and out for our use. It was very comfortably furnished and had many touches that harkened back to days gone by. (I discovered a stack of old magazines, many of which were Women’s Day and were published in the 1940s and 50s and cost a whopping 2 cents!) The spacious lawn in front was right on the edge of the water and with picnic tables and plenty of chairs provided, was a wonderful...
