« The pictures do not do the property justice! A very lovely and inviting home conveniently located about 5 minutes off the interstate. For those travelling, not to worry! Although the roads are winding, very manageable. Great central location with easy access to numerous attractions. In town for an annual family reunion and this was a great relaxing home. Highly recommend. »

« We used the house mostly as a jumping off point for our adventures but we did manage to get some use out of the hot tub while we were there. It is within a short drive to a bunch of wayerfalls and hiking spots. »

« We had an amazing stay. Host was quick to respond, although we didn't really need anything. For the most part we had a great stay. I was surprised that it was duplex not a house,but it didnt effect our stay. Would definitely stay again!! »

« Had all the amenities, it felt like staying at grandma‘s house. »

« Had a fun weekend of riding and a great place to stay. Home was located 1/2 mile from Historic Brushy Mountain Prison and a couple of good restaurants on the property. Quick ride to trail 26/27 of Windrock. Plenty of parking and clean, spacious house. Would definitely stay again. »

« We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!! »

« This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly). »

« In town for high school graduation, this was perfect location for us. »

« Spacious house in a country development, big lots, mostly wooded. Very quiet and dark at night, great star viewing. About 20 min drive to FCF visitor center. Host was very good at communicating. Expansive outdoor decks but in need of renovation. »

« Came down for a softball tournament. Nice convenient place to stay . »

« The house was clean, stocked with essentials and as advertised. We did a bunch of waterfalls all less than an hour drive. Would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice place to stay and it was cheaper then a motel. »

« My dearest friends from high school and our crew of children had the most wonderful time! We relaxed in the deck with coffee for the sunrise, kayaked, swam, hung out on the dock, so many memories were made and joy was found. The space was perfect and we have nothing but praises to sing. »
