« Great cozy cabin well stocked with everything u need. Beatiful,very serene & peaceful setting. Sitting in the rocking chairs & swing on the back porch with the rain hitting the metal roof was theraputic. And listening to the frogs & cicadas at night was very relaxing. I think the fish were full on cicadas because they wouldnt hit any kind of lure, only the worms we bought at the BP station across from Monterey Foods on on 84 on the way in. « This was the perfect stay to just simply relax and explore the area. We hiked to a different waterfall each of the three days we were in the area. We walked to the downtown area and had great meals each day as well as enjoyed the local breweries. The space itself was beyond cute and cozy yet you felt like you had plenty of room. It was so nice and peaceful! We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return for another get away! »

« I wish it was more private, but I was aware going into it that it wasn't. But I still felt at peace and undisturbed there. It was fun to drive around and look at all the rich cabins and dream of building my own. I especially enjoyed watching the horses. Just a heads up that the directions say don't go to the lodge. We hunted for another place to enter a gate code since we weren't suppose to go there... But we found this means go in the gate and turn right down the road in front of the lodge...
