« Great location in walking distance to downtown Bend, the Deschutes River trail and a ton of beautiful parks. Step across the street into Drake Park and the Deschutes River. Plenty of great eating spots a d in walking distance to Old Mill shops and the Hayden Homes Ampitheater for concerts. We would use this property again. (We visited from Connecticut) »

« Maybe I missed it but loft bedroom has no door and open to main floor. I loved the accessibility to hiking trails along Deschutes River Tail and close proximity to Tumalo Falls. Husband's son loved the frisbee golf. We want to bring our ebikes next time for easy access to town rather than driving. »

« Cleaning was not the best. Furnitures and countertops were quite dusty and floors weren’t very clean. Especially bathrooms were kind of outdated and living room furnitures weren’t very clean. Since it was a condo, getting to the front door from the parking lot was not the easiest, especially hauling luggage’s and groceries.Unfortunately , I don’t think I would come back to this property. »

« When visiting Bend we always stay in this complex . Best views of the river, easy access to river walk trail. This condo was very clean, comfortable, and easy check in. »

« Better than expected! The bedroom plus Murphy bed in the living room is fabulous. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of the river and walkable to downtown! »

« This was a great spot to stay for us in Bend. If parking wasn't available right in front of our room, there was plenty of parking just 30 feet away. It had a great view, and the windows had privacy film on them, so people walking the tail by the window can't see in. Speaking of the trail, it was perfect having that easily accessible from the unit! The kitchenette was really useful as well. The only thing to that could've been better, is the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but fine for a couple...

« Wonderful place to stay for all your all your outdoor adventures! Great biking / hiking in area, that is accessible just out the front door! Condo was very cozy and clean, with everything you need to relax after a long day of outdoor fun! And the property has 3 hot tubs and a sauna to ease your achy muscles. Easiest check in and check out process, and the host was very communicative. We also got to bring along our dog, and there were food dishes and snacks there waiting for him! It was the...
