« Started out on the wrong foot due to a personnel issue with housekeeping. Our room was not ready till nearly 5:30 (expected 4:00 p.m.), which, after a 4.5 hour drive did not give us a good feel. But, overall the location on the river, walking trails dog friendliness and the experience was great.We will be back. Thanks for everything. »

« Very good, convenient location. All the amenities we needed. Only glitch was a couple of light fixture were not working and the faucet in one bathroom was broken. Maintenance responded promptly but it took two days for them to replace the faucet. Not what you want to walk into after a long day of travel. Overall satisfied with the property and location. »

« Enjoyed staying at this property. Very clean and comfortable, bed and pillows along with the private hot tub made for a good sleep, especially after a long day of hiking. Personally I could have used a fan in the room, I had trouble trying to adjust the air conditioner. I sleep hot! But I was able to sleep with the windows open. I would definitely stay here again »

« The listing was as described, small but serviceable. Host is very communicative. You can't beat the location, easy walking distance to Old Mill and downtown Bend.It had a faint smoke smell like someone had smoked there years in the past. Not horrible, but noticeable to sensitive people. Replacing the curtains and carpet would probably take care of it. »

« Cannot recommend this place enough! The resort has everything you need while in close proximity to town. Our kids loved the pool and mini golf, and the restaurant was tasty and very well priced. Looking forward to our next stay! »

« We really liked the unit, but had issues with communication and check-in. Received multiple messages about check-in, but they were wrong. Door code did not work. Had to call the after hours number and get a new code. That only got us to the security lock that had been left on by the maid. Had to go to a second door to get in. Once in, had to lift suitcases up two flights of stairs- we knew that in advance, didn’t make it any more fun. Then the WiFi. We used the one referenced in the email, but...

« We loved the location, the view of and sound of the Deschutes river! Great layout with private bathrooms.Excellent location close to shopping just a few blocks away. Communication with Host was excellent. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely.The river Trail is just a couple hundred feet from the condo and was lovely to walk on in the evening. »
