« Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce. »

« Nine old friends got together in this wonderful house. Can't say enough great things about it. The photos don't do it justice. Large, beautifully decorated rooms. Very comfortable beds. Big fluffy towels. Plenty of space to sit in groups and talk. While the rooms are decorated in period furniture, the kitchen is totally modern. We prepared all but one of our meals there. Owners very friendly. We loved it. »

« Excellent property! Game room was great. Living room had enough room for all of us. We thought that not having a dining room table would be an issue but the island worked great and we would rather have that than a table! »

If a small town feeling is what you want, this property might be what you want. The house is very pretty from the outside. I never went inside, again due to my personal reasons, but the host’s prior reviews would indicate it is as she has depicted the property. »

« This was a very quaint, well kept little house, and it was perfect for our group and the best part was that it had a first class trout stream right in the backyard. And we actually caught a few fish. Loved this place and would like to go there again. »

« The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. Located in the heart of the Kickapoo Valley on a hillside, the panorama of views from every window and the numerous outside seating areas was breathtaking. My wife loved the large soaking tub and I loved the proximity of fantastic trout fishing. The house was impeccably clean and the outside was beautifully maintained. »
