« We loved the property as it is better than the pictures. The large mudroom was perfect for all of our skiing family. The location is close to the slopes and in a pretty wooded area. All beds are top notch as all of us were comfortable.I just can’t think of anything that could have been better! John is so easy to work with as well. »

« Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look. « We arrived for a 3 day girls weekend. The house was easily accessible, very clean, and there was plenty of parking space for everyone. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had, even offered to let us stay a bit later on checkout day so we could enjoy of kid and husband free time a bit more. « Our stay was really nice. The home was clean, comfortable, and also had a few necessities that we may have forgot. Our host Angelo was welcoming, made things easy. He communicated when we arrived, and when we left making sure we enjoyed our stay at his home. Only 5minutes from South Higgins state park, beautiful beach access. « If you're looking for a wonderful lake property for a family vacation, look no further. The chalet was clean, stocked and perfect for my family with three kids. We spent hours fishing (pike, bass and tons of pan fish right off the dock) and using the pontoon boat, swimming in the lake and afternoons on the sand bar. The kids enjoyed playing all the games as well. Having access to the pool and pickleball/playground was a bonus. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of activities....

« We've stayed at this property several times as it's a great home with a great location at Schuss. Due to ski season, we've never been able to enjoy the beautiful back deck and fire pit. It was awesome having a holiday weekend to be out back, enjoying nature, dinners and smores! »

« We really loved our time at this house. Here’s why. Location: you can see the blue lift right out your window. Very convenient for skiing in and out. Enough stuff: this place had lots of extra sheets, towels, blankets, pots/silverware, TP, and other needs for a big group of 16. Responsiveness: we had a minor issue that was addressed as soon as possible. The space was nice and clean, we loved the bunk room, and would definitely stay again. »

« Great place ! It was clean and had everything we needed. Host is wonderful! We went for a family reunion and didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were busy and it was a short trip . Would definitely stay there again and for a longer stay:) We had some warm nights and it was kind of steamy so I would suggest another ‘window shaker’ AC . They have one but it’s a big space to cover . It was ok with the fans they have . Summer in beautiful Michigan ! 💞 »
