« Great little place on the water. Quiet neighborhood, friendly locals, and super nice host. Its a definite gem. Restaurant at entrance to neighborhood was a great breakfast spot. Get it to go and enjoy it on the porch overlooking to the water. Bring your boat just keep in mind the clearance of the bridge is 5-6ft and the ramp is just on the other side. « Property was amazing!! Very convenient for our daughter who is in the Marine Corps to meet us for a short visit. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and clean. We so enjoyed having the canoe access as well as the fire pit. I cannot say enough good things about this little piece of heaven back in the woods! The history was a plus too, Jim was kind enough to tell us all about it!! We will definitely be back!!!! »

« We loved the cuteness of this tiny cabin. Two things stood out to us. Having the new memory foam mattresses; using slats rather than a full sheet of plywood can be uncomfortable. Also, the TV is the size of a large laptop computer and my iPhone would t scan the QR code from the bed. Each time we wanted to sign in to our apps you need to get closer to the TV. Two minor things, that would make a huge difference. So friendly at check in and while at the campground store. They had great...

« The owners are absolutley the example of what hospitality should be. They not only provided a few perks that was not expected but they were wonderful to hang out with. They are also very respectfull to your privacy as well. Very laid back and very cool. The pool, fire pit and charcol grill just made it feel very exclusive. We will return to visit them again. »

"Nous avons passé une nuit en juillet 2025 au Bask Hotel à Morehead City en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados), et nous avons été trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était immense, trÚs propre et parfaitement équipée, avec TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, frigo et un coin cuisine bien pratique. Idéale pour une famille ! Le personnel a été trÚs accueillant et sympathique. CÎté services : parking payant, machine à glace, pas de piscine, mais un petit déjeuner inclus, simple mais suffisant pour bien démarrer la journée. En résumé : un hÎtel confortable, calme et trÚs bien tenu, parfait pour une halte dans la région entre Wilmington et les Outer Banks. On recommande sans hésiter !"
