« Clean, nicer and responsive. I made a last-minute reservation. I was concerned at first because I didn’t know how to check in, left a message through the app, and the owner/manager replied right away and sent me all the info. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but make sure to place the order at least the night before using the form or QR code in the room so they can prepare it for you. I will go there again. »

« The property definitely needs some TLC. Next to none nearby good food or drink. Bathrooms smelt like urine. I've stayed in historical homes before that didn't smell as bad as this one. My room was 80 degrees and wouldn't go down in temp. No friendly staff to greet you. »

« Our stay at Hillcrest Mansion Inn was beyond a normal stay at a bed and breakfast. The place was had great views from the wrap around porch and the rooms really were comfortable that provided a historical feel and appreciation of the finer things from times past. The best part of the stay was how welcoming and friendly the host and staff were in addition to the hand crafted dishes prepared by the chef Martha. The 3 course meals will be remembered for a long time because they were so delicious...
