We hiked around the property, it was a beautiful view, saw lots of deer. « A perfect getaway to celebrate the holidays! We visited Eagles Rest with my one month shy of 90 year-old mother, and two adult kids. We appreciated the welcoming amenities and meticulously clean and cozy atmosphere! Having two bedrooms on the primary floor was helpful for older guests, and the loft suite was beautifully private! We also enjoyed the location close to Roanoke, and the trailheads connecting to the Appalachian Trail were just minutes drive away! We had a wonderful stay, and it...
