« By far the best place in Cuchara we have ever stayed with for a trip. Extremely clean, no pets or pet hair, extra amenities(coffee, tea, qtips, etc) The location is beautiful, the condo is perfect, Did we mention it is Pet Free, which is great for people with animal allergies. This property rates a 10 every way you look at it. We will gladly stay here for years to come. »

« The house was just perfect for us and we wish we had booked an additional night. It was clean, spacious, well stocked and comfortable. We did the Cumbres & Toltec Railway trip and this was a convenient stay for us. We highly recommend this wonderful home. »

« This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching all the hummingbirds. It’s a great getaway to enjoy peace and quiet. We will be back! »

« If you are visiting this beautiful region of the country this is a great property to choose. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful in the farmland surrounded by mountains just minutes from Alamosa. The homeowner is very responsive - answering questions within minutes even - in my experience - during a major holiday weekend. We all commented how nice it was to return to our VRBO each day after the adventures. I will stay here again the next time I visit this region of Colorado. ...
