« This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling. »

« The shower is in pretty rough shape.It would have been helpful to have a toaster, and if possible, a little more light in the kitchen.Overall, it was a great state. Everything worked as advertised. »

« The house was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of towels, kitchen ware, and space. Beds were comfy. Having use of the garage was also appreciated. The house is well decorated with plenty of thoughtful extras - like tissues, shampoo, conditioner. Nothing was generic all quality products. Great area. Loved seeing the deer around. Would book this house again. »

« Everything was spot on, just missing soap in the showers. Such a lovely place and the neighborhood deer seemed to be posing fir photos! Made some great memories with the family as well as seen shooting stars and a rainbow all in less than 24 hours! »

« Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Nice deck to sit on with views of the south san juan and sangre de cristo range. Leaves at peak so enhanced the awesome views. Was great working with the property owner. We visited the area for the bird migration and had all we came for. Great location for proximity to wildlife refuges and mountain roads. For any birders reading this we had cranes, coots, redheads, mallards, geese, teals, pintails, variety of sparrows, chickadee, stellar jay, clarks...
