« The place is nice. My family rented two cottages for the 4th of July weekend. We got there at checkout to find that the AC was off in both. It was 90 degrees inside, and it took all evening to cool off. Why would the owners not turn them on knowing they had guests? Busy maybe? Nope! They were down at the pool having a family or friend reunion the whole weekend. So, they took over the entire shaded pavilion and half the pool for their get together. I counted at least 20 of them. « Cute, cozy, and well decorated little cabins on a nice campground-style location. We really enjoyed our weekend here, and both Gretchen and Roger were warm, friendly, welcoming hosts. There is a chicken coop with about a dozen friendly, well-behaved hens that roam the property and love checking out the human visitors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lttle getaway near Greers Ferry Lake or a unique "off the beaten path" experience in central Arkansas. »

« The host and the property met all of our expectations. Super Excellent. We visited for vacation and to participate in a fishing tournament. The property is roomy and close to Greer's Ferry boat launches. Good parking and quiet road. »

« We loved the comfortable beds and bedding the best! The kitchen was well stocked for family meals with a variety of spices, oil, and pots/pans. A great family/kitchen living area to accommodate a large family if needed. A spacious backyard and quiet area. »
