« Overall this is a very clean motel, to be an older motel. Appears on the outside weren’t much but on the inside, the rooms are nice and most importantly CLEAN!! Sort of wish they’d fix the pool. Outside of that, worth the rate. »

« The cabin decor was cute, overall. We appreciated having Netflix! Property was generally clean (besides some dead insects in the windows) and dust. Checkout time on the Vrbo listing was different compared to what was requested on the house rules inside the cabin. There is also a fridge so we did not need to bring our large ice chest. Personally would not recommend the location for guests with younger children, as the privacy was nonexistent and there was not an area to safely play in the...

« The cabin was awesome! Exceeded our expectations. The chairs in the living room were so comfortable! Had everything we needed and even though there was a rv park across the street, with the trees it felt secluded and peaceful. Thank you for allowing us to stay there and we’ll definitely recommend it to others. »

« We stayed here for the proximity of the trails for riding our side by side. It was perfect for that! The cabin was very clean. It has all the basics you need from the kitchenette to the outside grill and picnic table. The shower is a little small, but worked just fine. The a/c was nice and cold! Just know if you are coming in summer, there is no shade around the cabin. The convenience store had great food offerings; just be sure you check the hours. « I would say the cottage is modest but comfortable. It is located at the edge of Petit Jean State Park so it is near everything the park has to offer. I planned to bring my dog but changed my mind at the last minute. It would have been perfect for travel with a pet. It is located far from the highway and has a very large field for dogs to run and play. »

« We had so much fun! Our Arkansas trip was a blast. The cabin was so cute and perfect for myself and my two girls. Safe place for a single mom and kids. Not far from the beautiful petit Jean state park. My kids loved the large pool. We will definitely be back! »
