« We stayed two nights. Unit has easy access to lake, restaurants, etc. Two bedrooms and two main spaces - the living area with huge couch and the kitchen. Unit was clean and the two Hobbit themed doors and fireplace were the main attraction/theme. Host was very responsive to communication. Need to use the Xbox controller to get the Hobbit dvd to play on the tv. »

« Good guide book for the area, clean and well supplied , had everything we needed and then some. Stayed in the area before but this was my best stay in AR. »

« This condo was perfect for our wkend stay to enjoy the chuckwagon races in Clinton. It was a beautiful scenic drive that wasn’t too far away. The balcony view to the lake was my favorite. It had everything we needed and more… definitely will stay here again!! »

« Condo was well equipped , beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean, close to the pool which was nice. »

« Everything I was expecting was communicated accurately. The place was nice and spacious overlooking a couple of fairways on the local golf course. Relaxing, quiet, stars at night, sipping coffee outside in the morning with no background car noise. Everything we needed was close by. I would say that if you just want to get away and relax and not break the bank give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed. »
