« Our daughter lives in Lafayette and it was very convenient to walk back-and-forth to her place. The unit was very clean and quiet. Having a dedicated parking space was great because it was very easy to walk to all of the shops and restaurants and no need to take the car when staying local. When we did have to drive to the city, the dedicated parking lot was on a side street, making it very easy to get in and out. The unit was exactly as pictured too!! »

« The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. »
