« Great location. Great responses from management. Unfortunate that I had to call back and forth a number of times at checkin trying to find the right "lockbox" which was inconspicuous around a dark corner. Also circuit breaker blew when toasting, and the box was hidden behind a wall textile. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. Ram was very responsive before and during our stay. The suite is actually more spacious than it appears in the photos.There are a number of things to appreciate around the neighborhood. It’s an easy walk to and from the BART station, using a flat paved trail next to the elevated rail line. The system will take you to SF and the airport, and all over the metro and beyond. « Check-in was easy if you read the directions. Kitchen was well stocked although we mostly ate out. The weather was warm, so we wanted to open the windows. Street noise makes that difficult. We had trouble with the door lock. Texted the owner and they sent someone within 30 minutes. Changed the batteries and all was fixed. Very clean and comfy beds. »

« Apartment was comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The only recommendation would be to have laundry soap and dishwasher pods available as we had to use shampoo to wash our clothes. My friend Mary Beth bought salt and pepper and donated it to the apartment for future guests to use.
