Newly renovated 2B/1b in Downtown
Lafayette
9.8 sur 10, Exceptionnel, (22 avis)
« The place is very conveniently located and very walkable to some of the best shops in Lafayette. Parking is super easy as well. For those who are more sensitive to noise, the place is not very sound proof, so we could hear footsteps from upstairs and phone conversations from next door. It didn’t bother us too much but it was noticeable enough that we couldn’t not mention it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay, the host is very responsive and brought over things soon after we asked her for it....

« This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. The neighbors were playing loud music several nights until 2am 5. The loft is only accessible by a fireman’s ladder and it was difficult to use. 6. No ice trays Overall it...

« Overall a good place and good location. Had an issue with running multiple appliances from the same outlet, breaker had to be reset. Also, not much cleaning supplies. Dish washing stuff, but a broom with no dust pan, no plunger, and one roll of paper towels. They were pet friendly and responsive to inquiries. Two bedroom, one bathroom. »

« This is the worst experience we have ever had. We rented this place for 2 nights. Everything was OK the 1st night. However on the 2nd night around midnight the carbon monoxide/smoke detector alarms started going off. There was no smoke anywhere. We were startelled and started opening all windows and the front door to let fresh air in. We were at this point starting to have headaches and we knew this was an emergency. I messaged the host with this emergency he didn't reply until the next...

Comté de Contra Costa : les avis sur les hôtels les plus prisés

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Point Richmond

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Point Richmond

8/10 Bien
