« The apartment is in an old office building. It's spacious and clean but the ceilings are low and stained. Although our unit door locked, the back outer door of the building had a broken lock, and our door had no peep hole to see anyone who came in. There appeared to be an unhoused person sleeping right outside of the front of the building. There are cameras around the building but there was no lighting in the parking lot and it was pretty dark. »

« Apartment was comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. The only recommendation would be to have laundry soap and dishwasher pods available as we had to use shampoo to wash our clothes. My friend Mary Beth bought salt and pepper and donated it to the apartment for future guests to use. We were unable to turn on the air conditioning or fan, thus we had to keep the windows open all night as the outside temp was 102 degrees when we arrived and the apartment was quite stifling. « This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. The neighbors were playing loud music several nights until 2am 5. The loft is only accessible by a fireman’s ladder and it was difficult to use. 6. No ice trays Overall it...

« The location to restaurants, shops, coffee, grocery stores was wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere. Yet the location is in a quiet neighborhood. If the occasion arose, we would definitely stay here again! »
