« What a beautiful House. It is so peaceful. The elevator works better than any home I have ever stayed in. The yard and dock are amazing. Huge area to hang out with your group, the kitchen./Living Room/Dining room is perfect. The bathrooms are great, the beds comfortable, and if you are looking to head to Ocean Isle, you could not find a greater place!! »

« This house was dirty when we walked in. I was told someone would come to clean that night. Then when no one showed, I was told someone would be there the next morning. By the next afternoon after texting the host again, someone finally came to clean.Later that night we unfortunately realized the house had a roach infestation. Turn on the lights, the roaches scattered everywhere! Host said they would send someone the next day to treat for roaches, but we never saw anyone.Several contractors came...

« This is a lovely property in an ideal location with walkout access to the beach. The Kitchen is large and well stocked. The dining room and great room are large and have great views of the ocean. The deck is an absolute pleasure for morning coffee. There are some maintenance/upkeep items involving the appliances, electrical, and carpets that the owner is addressing. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly stay here again. »

« The house was a bit dirty, hair in tubs and sinks. The shower curtains were moldy. A decent amount of dirt on the floors like it had not been swept. Just general lack of cleanliness in the details which usually sets places apart. The fans wouldn’t work in the bedroom and in the living room it wobbled loudly so we couldn’t keep it on either. Otherwise it was an okay place. »

« Home needs ordinary upgrades for example, rusted bathroom shower rods, metal toilet brush cleaners are rusted, master bed has huge sink hole in middle of mattress, fenced in area could use some simple maitenance. »
