« L'hôtel est vieillissant. La climatisation dans le hall n'est sans doute pas bien réglé, condensation sur les vitres. L'accueil a été un peu froid. La chambre, était très sombre, peu de lampes fonctionnait. Par contre, la chambre était hyper spacieuse, nous étions 4. Le parquet était glissant et sale (alors serait-ce la cire qu'ils appliquent? Mais ce n'est pas très agréable sous les pieds). La salle de bain un peu étroite et baignoire bouchée. Hôtel très bien placé par contre, nous y avons fait...

« We appreciated the LVP flooring and even the metal bed pedestals that accounted for noticeably less opportunity for dust. The place was quiet, the complementary breakfast was adequate, and it was an overall good stay. Not a fan of the unsecured internet, but hey… »

« We had a great time! The hotel was located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was sufficient parking available. The bathroom could definitely use some upgrades, and the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, for a last-minute 4th of July weekend trip, we enjoyed our stay and would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ »

« Our room door was not latched when we arrived. The door way had cob webs. Hall messy. Mold in the bathroom. The ground level »

« We loved our second time at the Avista. The condo, amenities and especially our favourite staff member Coach. We also want to thank Bryan for going above and beyond to store our luggage and the girl working the restaurant the evening of 26/08/26 for giving us sugar packets as we ran out on our last night. »
