« Photos are very accurate and house is clean. Communication with owner via app was good. Check-in a breeze and check-out, while it had a few requirements, was clearly communicated. House worked well for us (close to downtown and we had a car to get around). Neighborhood is okay - a bit transitional and it is steps from the train which whistled nightly at 10 pm. « My brother lives nearby. He wanted his siblings to visit and see his house but he didn't have enough room for us all to stay. The beachfront location of this house and the porches and outdoor seating was so nice. We had plans to tour around but ended up staying at the house to enjoy visiting and enjoying the beach and view. « Great location, clean and comfy. The only thing I would suggest they do is place parking signs in front of the parking spaces. It was hard to find due to the fact we arrived at night. We had a great stay and would do so again. »
