« When I arrived I was told that my room was being deep cleaned because someone was living in the room for 8 months and she had just moved out when I left and came back at check in time there were nats In the room I told the manger she didn’t offer to move me and when I asked about another room she said they were booked but I stayed for a week because I didn’t have any where else to go at the time I had to get all my own supplies to kill the infection in the room but the rooms she said were booked...

« We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke.
