« The cabin was just like the pictures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a little confusion with the A/C when we got there. I messaged the host and received a fast response and was able to easily resolve the issue. We were very impressed with the cleanliness especially since pets are allowed. There were zero pet odors. Will definitely be recommending this cabin. »

« The owners were very welcoming and their property is exactly as described. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed, the place was well stocked, extremely clean and easy to find. The view from the porch was beautiful. You couldn’t ask for a more gracious hostess- thank you Kathy! We’re already discussing our next trip. »

« We had a great stay, and would come back. Ours was a multigenerational gathering and everyone was pleased. Kathy is easy and prompt to work with. Terrific location, the porch overlooking the lake and the number of sizable bedrooms set this apart. Better stocked kitchen than 95 percent of short term rentals. It’s a very minor thing but we could only get basic, local channels and no cable (ie no ESPN) if that’s important to you. It was only a nice to have, as the real star is being out...

« We were looking for a home in central PA for the month of July to allow us to spend time with friends and family. This home met our needs in every way. It was spotlessly clean with a beautiful, upgraded fully equipped kitchen stocked with move-in essentials. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. « This place was awesome. Immaculately clean and everything you could need was provided. The location is great and you could not ask for better hosts. Will def stay here again when I travel this way. »

« We enjoyed our stay very much and found this to be a perfect spot for a quick Labor Day Weekend getaway. Clean and cozy, with plenty of space for our family to spread out. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. The fireworks over the lake on Sunday evening were an added bonus. Exactly what we were looking for! »

« The place was super clean well kept. Safe area lots of things to do and see. There is a sing seat by the river watch is magical. The inn keeper is so humble and kind. She is very Accompadating. And there is a trian ride that takes you to Jim Thorne. Will definitely be back again in October for the fall festival and the changing of the leaves. »

« Great house for our family! Loved the outdoor space. Pool, hot tub, patio, outdoor kitchen and fireplace were awesome! Peaceful pond setting was nice too. Close to shopping (10 minutes) and close enough to Knoebels (35 minutes). Hosts were very responsive! »

« Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain retreat with us! The thoughtful touches upon arrival made us feel so welcome. We loved exploring Ricketts Glen, the Switchback Trail, the creek, and ending our days with a cozy mountainside bonfire. The views were breathtaking, and our fur child had the best time too! « Thanks for sharing your welcoming cottage for our stay! We enjoyed kayaking and I took the rowboat out and caught a 20” LMB across the Lake from the decision city. The anchor rope broke as it was frayed at the end. Also the ants were very assertive in the kitchen until we put all food in the refrig.Best regards Tom and Sylvia »
