« The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector. »

« We came out for our daughter's graduation and stayed for 3 nights. This place was beautiful and tranquil. It is very spacious. The master bedroom only has a large tub/no shower which was no problem. Take advantage of relaxing in the tub! The sleeping quarters in the loft is nice with the big windows, however, bring your eye masks because the sun will wake you up in the very early morning. This is pet-friendly which we loved. « Near Grand Canyon National Park, we were not finding lodging options that would give you more than a basic hotel room without breaking the bank. Then we found the Tiny Homes. They weren't unreasonably expensive, but we had space for my kids to each have their own bed and for my wife and I to have our own space, too. The kitchen, while Spartan, was a money saver. « I thought this would be a great option for my annual group hike from the north rim to south rim. I REALLY needed this place for my south side accommodations so booked it in May.
