« Property was clean. Check-in was not well communicated. No check in instructions were provided (key was just found in door but we were there in the dark and the place was initially difficult to find). Unfortunately we stayed at a time that was unseasonably warm at the end of March, the highs were in the upper 90’s and there was no AC on the property which was pretty uncomfortable. We were supplied with fans but only one worked well and it took 2 days to get the 2nd one which also didn’t work...

« The property was exactly as listed. Very clean and inviting. It was about 12 minutes outside of Flagstaff, but the drive was easy. Loved the access to the trails near the home. Perfect stay for a little quiet weekend getaway. »

« Everything was very clean and matched the photos. The kitchen was set up well so I was able to cook and eat there which was nice. The listing states that the bed is a queen, however, it is a standard size bed. As the tiny house is close to the hospital, there were helicopters landing/taking off at all hours as well as ambulance sirens. Even with the sound machine on, this was quite loud. I enjoyed its proximity to the convenience store, coffee/brunch, and recommend Mama B’s if you like burgers...
