Would just advise to remind renters to snapshot the lockbox code & wifi from Vrbo app before getting off 220, since the reception with Verizon mobile is spotty. Easily just headed back to the Waterville hotel and got on their wifi to pull it down. »

« What an adorable space! Meticulously curated with a comfortable vibe, without being pretentious. Everything was thought of, from treats upon our arrival, to an EpiPen for medical emergencies. Absolutely would recommend this gem!!! »

« Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day. »

« Everything was great. Any amenities you want are here. Its very quiet and peaceful. Great fire pit, bbq grill, very nice sitting area to enjoy the night sky. There's wifi to keep you connected and pet friendly! I wouldn't change a thing about this place. Id definitely stay here again. »

« A lovely home and property in rural Potter County -- ideal location between Cherry Springs and the PA Grand Canyon. Best to plan your arrival before dark to navigate to property. Two bedrooms are private areas (with door) while one is in the open area upstairs. Was not an issue for our stay, but if you have any light sleepers in your party, bring earplugs. Would recommend mentioning or posting link to second rental on property -- for awareness or renting both places together, which would be...
