« We had a tremendous stay at Jo’s Lake Bowen Retreat. Jo was very responsive to all the questions we had during our visit.The house truly has everything required for an enjoyable and relaxing time. The view and outside areas, including the dock, were a wonderful bonus for us, especially for the fishing enjoyment of our three grandchildren.We used the house as a base for my granddaughter's state band competition—which they won! « The property for the most part was clean. The porch furniture was left outside and was dirty so we weren’t able sit outside. However, the inside was well kept and clean. The layout of the house was nice and definitely had plenty of storage. The downstairs bathroom was very nice and the bathtub was very relaxing. « We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The dock was our favorite part. Our girls spent hours swimming and floating. The view is spectacular. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The teens loved the downstairs game room and having their own separate fridge. We had two very minor issues during our stay and the owners responded promptly and handled the situations very much to our satisfaction. We will definitely rent here again. »

« Lovely property, but who you rent from is just as important as what you rent. Every conversation is transactional trying to charge 395 both times to check out/in an hour or two early is inhumane. We understand you have a business to run, but you’re still dealing with people. The properties already paid for it. You don’t have to continue to nickel and dime. »

« Nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, in this very clean comfortable home. It is an ideal location, close to downtown Belmont restaurants, I-85 and the local food store. Worked out well for my husband and I while we were getting some home renovations completed. »
