« Robin was great! She was the receptionist when I arrived. She was courteous and kind! The only thing that went weird was that an 18 wheeler drove through the building and we had to evacuate. Robin was amazing! She made sure everyone got out safely and that she made sure everyone was accounted for. Cudos for Robyn! »

« The room was clean and had everything it said it would. The fridge and microwave worked well, hot water in sinks and shower worked well. The equipment in the workout room worked and the laundry facilities were convenient and priced well. »

« This property was horrible. There was no smoke detector in my room. When asked they said " its a nonsmoking room" the celing was leaking on the bed, when mentioned they said"we can move your bed over" the 2 tvs did not work. The phone that was pluged in to call office did not work. It was very dirty/dusty and i found 2 cigarette butts behind the nightstand when i checked to plug phone in I would not recommended this motel to anyone. »

The attention to detail was amazing. The hosts were very responsive, making the whole process seamless. « Casa Clifton was everything we could have asked for in accommodation. The layout and style was lovely and meet our needs to a tee and of course the couch was spot on to curl up in and catch up with friends for a girls weekend away. A great home base to visit the Bellarine Peninsula from. »
