« Perfect property for a getaway. The creek is beautiful and the ambiance drags you away from those digital distractions. Time spent on the property was fantastic, whole home is very cozy(heated floors for the win). The scenery to be taken in directly on Wayah Road is seemingly never ending. My only complaints were with mother nature. The water level was down in area during our stay, but was still worth exploring. »

« The location is great and the size is just right for 2. However, we had to leave early due to mold/mildew smell. We have a small place on a lake and understand that this can happen, but if it is maintained properly it can all but be eliminated. We noticed a damp rid but it had not been changed out in some time. We were only able to stay the one night, which in all fairness is an expensive one night stay. Not sure if the owners would be willing to comp us one night?? »

« Renting this property was a smooth process from start to finish! The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative, and the property was in excellent shape. Such a great place to spend the weekend! »

« We loved the easy check in, walkable location in town, and stocked kitchen! The host was so thoughtful to provide wine, coffee, juice, milk, bananas, cheese and crackers, and other snacks and condiments. There is a small balcony from which to view the town. There were only two minor issues: the extremely narrow closet in the master bath, making it difficult to access clothes, and the tavern workers next door blocked our car so we could not use it one afternoon. Otherwise, the stay was great. »

« A perfect, much needed stay! The crisp morning mountain air, the calm and serene lake below, and the quiet and relaxing vibe made this stay one of our absolute favorite places we have EVER stayed at. If we are ever near the area again or just need a long weekend getaway, we are definitely going to look here again! Great for the kids, parents, and grandparents. My mom was with, who doesn't move around as well anymore, and the single floor layout (including outside) was absolutely perfect for...

« The House was just as pictured! Everything was very clean, the beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had everything we needed for a group of 10, and enjoyed the property very much! We sat on the back deck and saw deer, geese, lots of birds. We enjoyed our time out on the lake. The game room with the ping pong and foos ball table were great, the hot tub was clean, the grill was in great condition. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we hope to stay...

« Cabin needed a few more things, need small tables beside chair and sofa. No where to set anything. Toaster in kitchen. Bathroom needs at least 1 more hook for towels. The AC made too much noise to sleep with it on. Otherwise. Very comfortable and Melody was very helpful . We didn't know where trash could be put. And gave us some fresh towels (we were here 9 nights.) But we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for a restful stay. »

« Beautiful property and extremely comfortable stay. Lots of places to go exploring and nice place to get away from the summer heat. We would definitely return to this property if we want to go back to Chatuge Lake. »
