« This is our second time staying here and again it did not disappoint. We love everything about this sweet little place. It’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. We grilled out Friday on the gas grill and had everything we needed for using the grill and the kitchen was well-stocked. The highlight of this property is the view and the creek. We loved sitting on bank and watching our pup play in the creek. Very relaxing and fun! 10/10 recommend. We will definitely stay here again! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The location in reference to downtown was great. You are about 3 miles from downtown Highlands. The cottage was clean and well equipped for us. If you’re lucky, you may see wildlife like we did. A deer showed up one early evening and we were visited by 2 rabbits just about every day late afternoon. « So, I booked our room back in September, October of 2021. Between then and when our trip was, the property changed owners. Apparently, there was a bit of a mixup with the booking and the whole lodge was booked for a reunion. We get there to check in, and not only do they still accommodate us, despite the mixup, they gave us an upgrade for no extra charge. We were staying for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled with everything. We will definitely visit again in the future. »
