« We have never been to Cookeville Tennessee before. Our Daughter and Son in-law with there 2 boys Louis (2 years old) and Drew ( 5 month old) moved to Sparta Tennessee back in January. We came up here to spend a couple days with them. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment in Cookeville . We are both in our mid fifties and we really enjoyed Cookeville area . We went to see waterfalls yesterday that were beautiful. We love the mountains and we prefer the mountains over the beach any day. We will...

« Numerous bugs (100) coming in under the door and then around the windows. They were getting further into the unit. 2 days after I asked for Stevens Realty to deal with this, they had not. Vaguely said they would "put in a work order." I said to get them out that day or rent me a hotel room. They did neither. I left and went to a hotel on my dime. I will file a complaint with VRBO »

« While the view was nice, the deck didn't appear that safe. Deck boards needed replaced and railing was questionable. Room was musty smelling when we entered. There were 3 in-wall air conditioning units that didn't work very well. Was advertised as a King bed and a Queen bed. There were 2 Queen beds instead. The beds were nice but not what was expected. Was advertised with a kitchen to include utensils, dishes, etc. There was no kitchen to speak of; only a microwave and mini refrigerator. ...
