« 2nd time staring at this place. First time I stayed was back in October and I shared that the place wasn’t as clean. They listened and the place was clean. Minutes from the beach and downtown for the price makes it well worth the stay. Will book again! »

« This is a magical oasis! It's welcoming and spacious -- and the entryway patio and deck feel like you're coming into a retreat garden! It's an easy walk from the house to the river walk, and from there into town. I'm already planning my next visit! »

« Quiet, self guided place. There is no host to make the place feel personalized but the quality of the stay seems to have improved from previous stays by other guests. Just a few blocks from the beach this group of cottages are off the main drag enough that most things passing by are pedestrians. Parking was convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet. « The home met our expectations, spacious, quiet neighborhood, our pups enjoyed the spacious fenced in backyard. Also within walking distance to the beach and to downtown Seaside. Great water pressure for the shower was plus as well. »

« We had such a good stay at 10 pelican view, and ironically stayed here 4 1/2 years ago exact room. Very comfortable lots of room enjoy having the extra space in the family room and kitchen area. We loved our morning walks and being across the street, basically from the ocean. We will come back and also love that it was pet friendly thank you! »

« Great little house offering so much to do. Beds were comfortable. Foosball ended up being a hit. The bicycles were a little rickety but served their purpose. So close to the beach and such a lovely section of beach it is. The response was prompt when we had questions. The bicycle shed was very difficult to open and almost impossible to close. Overall greatly contributed to the success of the trip. »

« The property was super clean and well tended. The outdoor deck was large and so nice for having a group BBQ. The hot tub and fire pit looked great. During our short 2 night stay, it was stormy, cool, windy and limited our use of those amenities. We did make a hike to the estuary beach, which is very close and found it would be wonderful for sandcastle making. The ocean beach was a slightly longer (but not long) walk. « We liked the firepit and the pond. The cottage is cute and well- stocked. It was not cleaned well after the last guest. We found food in two different areas. The carpets had not been vacuumed. We couldn't find kitchen towels and the tvs were difficult to use. »

« Location, location, location! We appreciated being a short walk from everything. Our large multi generational family loved staying close to one another, without getting crowded and giving up privacy or sleep routines. The Cottages are adorable tiny homes with personality. Clean and easy living. »
