« This place was amazing! Very comfortable and great amenities. My buddies and I stayed here while bear hunting. It was a big upgrade from the rustic cabins we usually stay in that have no running water or bathrooms. What a difference it makes to be able to come back to a warm place, take a hot shower, eat, soak in the hot tub and watch a movie. I will rent this again next year! »

« Was a great couple months during winter. Had what we needed. Was cozy and the wildlife around was great to watch daily. Would book again. On negative temperature nights it got a little chilly but was sufficient. Driveway during snow was tough but all in all very happy with Eagles Peak Cottage!! »

« Was perfect for our needs! Host was incredibly responsive and accomodating! We were celebrating the Christmas/New Year holiday with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of space for everyone. The woodburning fireplace room (wood was generously provided by owner) and the large dining table became our main gathering place for meals and games. Had a great time and would return. »

« My sister and I return to the River House every fall. The hosts, David & Betsy, are wonderful. A large rain storm came the day of our scheduled departure and we requested an extension to our reservation. They generously agreed and made the extra night complimentary. This year we saw four eagles fishing on the river. Emlenton is a cute, quiet town with everything a visitor needs. Great stay!!! »
