« Melissa was amazing! Super accommodating and the house was lovely. The kitchen is well appointed, anything you could need. The location is great, not far off of the main road, but you feel secluded. The house sits right on a great trial, had we brought our bikes, you could ride to a brewery. Thanks for an excellent weekend trip!! »

« My sister and I return to the River House every fall. The hosts, David & Betsy, are wonderful. A large rain storm came the day of our scheduled departure and we requested an extension to our reservation. They generously agreed and made the extra night complimentary. This year we saw four eagles fishing on the river. Emlenton is a cute, quiet town with everything a visitor needs. Great stay!!! »

« We stayed at this lovely Barn for Christmas 2025. They had it beautifully decorated for the holiday. She even had home made chocolate chip cookies for when we arrived. We had a few questions and the host, Barb, was so quick with a response. The Barn is so much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside.
