This recently updated 5-bedroom bungalow has everything you need for the ultimate getaway weekend. The inground heated pool can be enjoyed seasonally. The backyard also offers a cozy patio area complete with outdoor seating and a grill. There is also a firepitand picnic table area available for your use. Indoors you will find a variety of seating/ dining areas, a cozy living room with a fireplace and large screen TV.

This property is close to a variety of outdoor attractions including the Kennerdell Overlook, Sandy Creek Bike Trail, and scenic Freedom Falls. Local amenities and activities include hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, fishing, hunting, and biking. A few miles down the road from this home you will find direct access to the Sandy Creek bike trail, which connects you to 42 miles of paved trails, giving bike access to the cities of Franklin, Oil City, Emlenton, and Foxburgh, along with countless river views and two railroad tunnels!

The property is located just miles from access points to state game lands No. 45, over 5,000 acres of public hunting land. Approx. 12 minutes away is the Cranberry shopping area that includes a Walmart, Aldi, and Home Depot. There also numerous restaurants including Bob Evens, Hoss's, Two Cousin's Pizza, El Toro Mexican, Jumbo China Buffet, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Arby's, Wendy's, and Subway.

What a lovely place to have a family vacation! We enjoyed the large and heated pool, the plentiful indoor space, the quiet outdoors, and the close proximity to town when needed (15 minutes to Walmart). The nearby hiking/biking trails are an absolute treasure! The host is super responsive and more than happy to help with any issues. We plan to return again! Thank you!

The pool was the best. That was the mainstay area for us. Only thing is the ladders for the pool need the 3rd steps. It was very hard for a couple of us to get out without the extra step. So we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we wanted.

Beutiful house. The pool is amazing. Host was very helpfull. Had a group of 14 people ranging in age from 79 to 7. Had room to spread out and have private space. Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and dishes. House was clean. Like on other reviews needs some updates but can definetly see they are working on them. Highly recommended this house if you want a quite place to stay.

We had another terrific stay at Anna's place. This was our second stay. The weather was gorgeous for swimming, and the pool was the perfecttemperature. The home is much bigger than it looks, as I stated in my last review. I would definitely recommend this property. It's secluded and private, yet under 15 minutes to restaurants and shopping.

We stayed during the last week of summer (9/18-22) and were fortunate to have a nice week of weather. Can't tell you how much we enjoyed this great house & pool, knowing the cold fall was just ahead. I would recommend this destination and host to anyone who wants to really get away from it all.

10 minutes to Mall, but away from it all.

This is a large house on a huge property. Excellent in-ground pool and covered porch area. Total peace & quiet, yet close enough to stores & eateries. We could see many upgrades that the host has already completed and some still in progress. With some updates this will be a priceless getaway for anyone. Our puppy had the time of her life (and there were no dog messes anywhere to avoid and we kept it that way as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family fun at a country retreat

This spot was perfect for our family get-together with teenage kids. The pool is fantastic, and we made use of all of the tables to play all kinds of board games and enjoy meals that we cooked on the grill and griddle outside. We are talking about staying here again next year.

We chose Anna’s place because of the pool, and it was so great. Fenced off for safety too! Definitely kid friendly with packnplay and high chair. Loved that pool things like towels and floats were included.

Sister trip and we took our mom. Quiet setting

We had excellent weather, so the heated pool was so awesome and we were in it for four days straight! The house was clean we had plenty of towels and the location was peaceful and it was close to the store for getting food and anything we forgot! The downstairs bathroom was a little dark for showering and getting ready but there were two other bathrooms for us to us.

Peaceful getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Anna's charming and very roomy country home. The home is much bigger than the photos make it seem. I loved the location, as it was nestled away from close neighbors, leaving us with peace and tranquility. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, and although they're well behaved and don't wander, we didn't have to worry because the property has a fenced in yard. Anna has floats and towels for the pool use, which was awesome. We did bring our own water toys as well. We hope to return again soon. Definitely a 10/10!
