« Light and airy summer cottage with great gathering spaces both indoor and out. The host goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable providing plush towels and pillows, chairs and umbrellas for the beach and is responsive to questions that may arise. Perfectly located in a quiet friendly neighborhood near the bike trail and airport park with pickleball courts. We bought floats and enjoyed swimming and floating in the sandy bottomed lake. « My family of 4 and 2 fur babies had an incredible time at this beautiful property! The cottage had everything you could need and the view was priceless! We enjoyed floating in the lake; watching the sunset; visiting some of the local restaurants on Church Street in Burlington; and walking the Causeway. « Awesome location for biking the causeway, very bike friendly area. However cabin was not worth 500 a night. Cabin needs a lot of attention. Oven and grill were disguising, yard was a mess and a lot of cleaning needed throughout the cabin. personal ideas left around the house and power strips which seemed like a fire hazard, not sure if the cabin had smoke detectors. It definitely is not a 3 bedroom cabin. »

« We can't say enough good things about Garden Island and staying in Willow cabin (boathouse). It's all about being next to Lake Champlain. The peace, the beauty, the many ways to play or rest. Relaxing on the screened in porch is awesome in all weather and was our favorite feature. It has a million dollar view that far surpasses most rental homes and definitely is the best on the island.
