« Despite an email exchange with the host prior to our stay, we walked in to find another family was clearly staying/living in the unit. We could not reach the ‘host’ by phone. VRBO was helpful, but insisted we photograph to prove the situation. In downtown Richmond. We could have been shot or had the police called. Our trip was ruined and our kids are freaked out. « Tracy was an excellent host and my family had a wonderful weekend at her place. Very comfortable and her communication was excellent. Loved meeting her and enjoying brunch every day at her restaurant across the street. Overall, a great experience and if we are in the area again, would certainly go back - thanks! »
