« SMALL ROOMS BUT NICE LOCATION »

« The large tree on the lower level needs clipping it does obstruct the view. The bed was small and uncomfortable but we made it work for the short stay. The bathtub/shower was really nice. The balcony was nice to have. The mini split unit we had to turn wayyyy down for it to keep it cool. Overall it was a decent place to stay. It does smell a bit musty when you shpwer or when you close it up and leave and then come back. But opening the door to the balcony helped with that. »

« One of, if not the best, vacation rentals we've stayed at. Instructions and getting in were easy. Everything was super clean and I'm picky about that. There were items available such as tea bags, soap, coffee that are nice to have as sometimes we don't get to the grocery store right away. We always bring our own coffee as we don't know how long it's been sitting there but it's nice to have if we're desperate. The hosts stay in a small studio below so we got to meet them. I LOVE when the hosts...

« By far the best host we've had so far. We traveled over the Christmas holiday and the house was adorably decorated, well appointed, and cozy! Very nearby oceanfront and First Landing State Park. »

« Perfect little get away for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 10 and 7). Our kids loved being steps from the pool. The week we visited were red flag beach days for 5 of the 6 days and 1 day had a yellow flag, so ocean swimming was not an option. The pass got us access to all three pools in the condos so there was variety and options if one pool was really busy.The condo we stayed in was right next to the smaller pool. « Our stay was wonderful. The condo was nice & spacious . The shower heads were amazing and it was equipped with not one but 2 coffee machines.I loved that it provided a ton of drawer space & additional fixtures to hang your clothes . The light fixtures were amazing . The beach was less than 2 minutes away .I would definitely recommend this for a weekend getaway for two . »

« The sofa bed in main room had cereal crumbs spilled between cushion and bed frame. So we did not use that bed. Linens were also missing for sofa bed.It would have been nice to have more opaque drapes in the main room instead of just sheers.Otherwise everything was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. »
