« Bear Paw community was nice. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed all week due to minor flaws found on inspection, but my daughter did enjoy the playground. My son and his friend enjoyed the basketball courts. In the house, the pool and ping pong tables in the house were a nice addition. For the most part the host was attentive to my questions/concerns and did apologize for the inconveniences. Most my concerns were related to cleanliness and things in the house not working properly....

« This was an amazing stay for us, 12 people were very comfortable here. Plenty of room. View was amazing. Owner brought us bag of ice and new coffee pot. Very nice gentleman. Air conditioning went out after a storm, and it was fixed within four hours after reporting it. We will go back. Only thing I will say, the description said one minute walk to river and that was not true. You had go down the mountain and find a way to get to river. »

« We arrived 6/30 at 6 pm air conditioner was not working 85 degrees they finally got someone to fix next day 5:30 pm temp was still 80 degrees at 9 pm. We left my wife has health issues so I had to get her out of there next morning she’s been sick ever since . Water looks like milky white alka seltzer. AC unit is 24 years old needs to be replaced. The weather that week was 85-90 degrees and it’s an A frame large widows with sun all day through them. Terrible experience. »
