« Location is really nice, view is super, beds were comfortable. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Probably won't stay again due to few small things that really diminished the overall experience and stress. We could not wash our clothes, big deal for a family packing limited clothes. Washer and dryer look to be from 1982. Electric stove worked but we could never get the pans hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. The dishwasher leaked, it was newer model but we got through that one.Should address...

« Perfect location for ASV families. We had a quiet week with the luxury of a short drive to the baseball fields. Carol was wonderful to deal with and provided necessary amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. »

« This is genuine Americana, not prefabricated, i.e., Norman Rockwell, not Ralph Lauren. Not the Four Seasons. Very comfortable home on a beautiful sprawling property complete with horses, fire pit, babbling brook and solitude. The owners were very thoughtful to provide several convenient amenities, i.e., everything that anybody would need. For a relaxing, low pressure stay in the country, this is a great spot. »

« We had a lovely time at Olivia House! We were two families traveling with 5 children ages 9-13. The kids absolutely loved playing in the creek and it was nice they could share one big bedroom together. The living rooms were perfect for the kids to have one and the adults have the other. Wanda and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! »

« Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. « The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
