« Turtles, dolphins, manatees and shells galore!! Great beach spot! Steps to the sand and all the gear a small family needs for the beach so you can pack light! Host was quick to respond, place was clean, pool is great, we will be back! Could serve as a great multifamily destination with multiple units surrounding the pool. Just a 45 min uber to airport, we did whole trip without a car comfortably. »

« Love that the house was just steps from the dock and the beach was a short walk. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella so that we didn't have to bring those with us. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. Communication was great with questions answered quickly. Would definitely book here again. »

« Amenities were go great and really conscientious. He place was exactly as described: neat and tidy with the perfect amount of space. Bed was a true comfy vacation bed. The beach is less than 5 mins away. Maybe 3?? Ideal! »

« Our family very much enjoyed our stay at the Laughing Gull while on the Island. The condo was extremely clean and great for our needs. Being a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and having a beach cart provided was awesome. Additionally, the opportunity to use the kayaks and go down to the State Park was fantastic. We didn’t use the Bikes but having those as an option to use was great. It has so many conveniences and Jen - the host - was helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend this condo, or...

« Great place to unplug and wash off some of the monotony life. Exploring the island is a great retreat for those that truly want to "unplug" This house is modern and has neat features such as steam shower and sauna. The 2nd bedroom could use repairs from water damage the shower has caused. Hopefully that will be taken care of in the near future. All in all we spent very little time inside and the stay was still A+ Its clean, its a straight shot from the dock and the covered porch ties everything...

« What a beautiful cottage, so comfy, fresh, up to date and well appointed, and the host was fabulous. Our son and his family enjoyed staying here. It is truly minutes from the beach (our 3 yo granddaughter had no problem walking to it), plus they were able to enjoy all that Manasota Key has to offer. The screened lanai was so large and comfortable plus there was everything a young family would need to enjoy a day at the beach. There will definitely be repeat visits! »
