« Everything about this place was just perfect! The location is brilliant, close to the hustle of Englewood beach and a skip from the nature/splendor of Stump Pass, with bikes SUPs and kyacks to get you from one spot to another. The home owners were exceptionally responsive and the space was so thoughtfully equipped from beach gear to the finer details like travel size shampoos and extras. « The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front. »

« I wanted to surprise my mom with a getaway. She loves the ocean and we wanted a special family vacation that everyone could enjoy. This cottage was perfect! The place is so cozy and comfortable. « Came here for a girls trip and absolutely loved it! The host was fantastic, the location was just minutes from the beach and I can’t wait to rebook! The location was clean and filled with all of the things you’ll need. The guestbook was filled with all kinds of information, places to visit and places to eat! « My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. « The access of the beach and the dock make this a very special spot. We had a great stay and will definitely be back. Our kids loved the paddle boards on the beach, which was never crowded. « This was my second trip to Manasota Key, both times at this property. It’s quite perfect. Love the location on the Gulf, just steps from the water. Close to restaurants. We love the relaxed atmosphere of MK. Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Looking forward to coming back next year. »
