« We visited Great Sand Dunes and stayed in Salida on our way back to Denver. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful aspens that were in full peak colors. Salida is a great mountain town. Our suite at the Palace Hotel was perfect. Beds were super comfy! »

« Three small suggestions on an excellent rating: add a large shelf system in the bathroom to provide room for two person’s toiletries, extra towels. The towel rack over the toilet can then be used for wet towels. Also add a second luggage rack. Also put LED bulbs in the closet for improved visibility. »

« Lovely property! We were in town for a wedding at the Steamplant next door. It was the perfect location and has beautiful views of the river, a literal stone's throw away. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Would absolutely stay again! »

« What a treat to stay at this historic hotel! Conveniently located in the center of town within walking distance of everything, including the River! Great communication with staff as well! »

« Very nice rental in a great location. Everything was well stocked and as a Colorado Trail through hiker, I appreciated the bathtub and the laundry facilities. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Nice place this is the second time we have stayed in this condo. Perfect location as you can walk to town and you're right on the river. Only suggestion is to have some drapes or blackout Shades and bedroom as it is very bright in the morning. »

« Very cool vibe! Great location in the historic district, just a couple of blocks from the river. The space is huge and great for pets. We have a 6 year old lab that loved the large room too. The kitchen is very small and a bit hard to wash dishes but still useable. We had a small plumbing issue and the owner was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Nice property close to downtown and river views off the patio and balcony. It provided an excellent stay for my family. We could easily walk to the park and restaurants from the property and enjoy what Salida has to offer. We would go back. »

« Very clear instructions for accessing building/codes/unit. Apartment was clean upon arrival and fully stocked with bedding, towels, etc. Prime location & views from the property. Will look to book here again when I visit Salida next year »
