« We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed and we really enjoyed staying at such a central location. »

« This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat. »

« Nicely appointed with comfy beds & couches, and nice shower water pressure. Would stay again, however when we walked in there was a weird smell and it seemed to not leave, noticed most near the sink so maybe its just the water in the area?? Also, it was frigid cold on the day of our arrival and though we blasted all baseboard heaters fully, never warmed up til day 2 when it was warmer outside. Little tough with kids but we made do. »
