« We enjoyed our stay at Kelley’s place in Buena Vista. The property was just as described; neat, clean, well stocked, and walking distance to many places in town. « Cory allowed an early check in even though his response was delayed. They had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The beds were absolutely incredible. Two blocks from either Main Street (yes, there are two;). Two blocks to amazing moderate hiking trail and a place to drop your kayak/boogie board in. There's even a free life jacket/helmet station near the trail. We visited Charlotte Hot Springs (11 min drive)... Passed up Cottonwood Hot Springs along the...

« Great location, very clean and well updated. Quiet apartment complex situated near the river and downtown. The unit was incredibly well stocked in the kitchen, bathroom, linens, everything you might want for a nice long weekend. »

« The condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well-stocked with bright bowls/mugs/etc. Only negatives are in transparency of ad - the pictures show a loft, but the loft is not allowed. I didn't want or need the loft, but still, don't show it as a cool thing if not available. Second, the pictures show an awesome looking deep tub with jets. One of the reasons I picked the place. But...apparently the hot water heater doesn't have capacity to fill tub. Again, not a deal breaker, but don't show...

« We were in town for a wedding and the location of this property could not have been better! We were able to walk to every event! During our downtime, we has easy access to Salidas main street and the river. Having the private parking space was a huge plus too with all of the crowds downtown. Kaylee was a great host and was able to quickly answer any questions we had! We will be staying here again (hopefully sooner than later!) »

« This condo was very nice with everything you would expect. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, great kitchen etc etc. the best thing about this place is the location. The arkansas river is right out the back door and it is a very short walk to downtown for great restaurants, shopping, playing in the river and events at riverside park. »

« This house was perfect for a long weekend in Salida with young kids - good floor plan and basic but clean and updated furnishings and finishes. Kitchen is easy for meal prep. Super close to downtown shops, restaurants and the playground. Easy access to trails on S Mountain. Property manager super responsive - no issues while we stayed though - they just checked in a few times to make sure we were okay. »

« We stayed here for 3 nights and went skiing and tubing at Monarch. The bunk beds were a nice surprise as I figured on of my kids would just sleep on the couch. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine. A dish washer would be nice, but doing dishes as a family became fun after each meal. Gigi was great, and the hot tub was awesome. »
