The only complaint was the snippiness of the staff regarding check in and check out. I also had asked to drop my bag in the room an hour early and was told only if I paid the early checkin fee of 50 dollars. That seemed steep since I was just dropping a bag and checking where they were located since I was traveling alone and not...
