« Communication was good and the place was clean and cozy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor up a couple flights of stairs. The heat worked well and the kitchen had a decent amount of amenities. It’s located right in downtown Geneva which was super convenient. I would stay here again. »

« This was our second time staying at this property for a couples getaway in December, and it’s an absolutely perfect location for a weekend of wine tastings on Seneca Lane and visiting downtown Watkins Glen. It’s very modern and spacious with comfortable beds. We’d love to stay here in the spring and summer as well as the back looks ideal for grilling and playing games outside. « The only problem we had with our stay was that it wasn’t longer! Everything was top notch. The quality of the glassware, flatware and cutlery felt very intentional and was appreciated. The mattress in the sofa bed was more comfortable than regular beds in other places we’ve stayed. Would definitely stay there again!!!! »

« I have just one suggestion and that is to apprise renters that there are 15 steps to get up to the actual living quarters—It was a huge surprise when we got there and was not a problem for us but it could be a disaster for someone that is disabled or with assistive devices. We did not see anything in the ad that reflected the steps. »
