« Views of the river are amazing in a locale that feels very secluded in a very hilly, woodsy area off of a very narrow mountain road, which is what we were looking for but we also wanted privacy from other people and a place to sit out, relax, enjoy the views and maybe even enjoy the river. From the promotional photos (of kayaks and boats launches) it looks like you can do all that but when you get there, it's not the case. « We were in town for the Sapa Winter Guard competition. At Luxury Downtown Oasis, a secure parking space was reserved for us and instructions were very clear to get in to the building and our space. The unit itself was clean and perfect for our family of 4 (Two adults, two teens). We planned to walk the 30 minutes to McKenzie Arena, but decided it was too cold. Overall, we had a nice stay here. »

« Location, location, location!!! Not only 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Ruby falls, rock city), incline railroad just down the street, but also a great neighborhood. Clean, quiet, safe. We took walks (don’t miss the great outfitter store down the block in beautiful historic building), and my 14 yo son was safe to roam. Easy parking. The condo itself is comfy & roomy. Loved the Murphy bed, still plenty of room to move around. Publix is down the street along with local restaurants. ...

« The condo had all the amenities of home. I’m glad we didn’t share the stay with friends since there was only one bathroom with a shower. Anyone staying in the third floor bedroom would need to come down to the second floor. Parking was convenient. Our bed was comfy. We appreciated all the TV channels. We were able to walk to various dining options. Be sure you can manage stairs if you choose to stay here. »

« Location was great, and condo was nice. The price relative to similar listings, however, was not supported by the amenities. Specifically, the bed, bedding, and furniture were very low quality. Fine if it was a Motel 6, but for the price it should be better. »
