« When we arrived we had someone in our room that was not supposed to be there. They had smoked weed. Someone from the hotel had allowed this person with a jar of weed into the room. Really a disappointment. »

« It was awful. Booked and paid for room, drove 12 hours straight just be told there were no rooms available. Despite there only being 4 cars in the parking lot. A gruff and rough employee came down to the after hours door then did not answer the calls from helpful Expedia reps. From what I could tell the lobby was not in the best condition and I’m actually happy my husband and I were relocated to a different hotel. I would not attempt to stay at this one again, no matter how low the price could...

« Too noisy ..plus woke up and our room was rite next to stairwell...and this guy was passed out underneath the stairs totally scared my daughter on our way to breakfast...which was also nonexistent...and our ac unit was so loud you coukd not hear the tv!!! Over all 👎 »

« This cottage was amazing, definitely fitting the fantasy/Harry Potter theme. Mood throughout the place with dim lights and decor to match. Not a complaint about the cabin but be aware Chickamauga basically shuts down at 6pm during the week. »

« The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the grass was tall. Look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. Other then that everything was perfect. The house was very clean, couldn't tell that they were a pet friendly place. The house is tucked in a quite neighborhood right off of 75 and an exit away from East Ridge TN. »

« This is a cozy retreat and very handy off of I-75 for our travels. Breakfast foods were beyond our expectations.Lots of interesting knickknacks. We enjoyed the realistic fireplace. »

« We took a long weekend for our wedding proposal and couldn’t have been happier with the property. Quiet, out of the way, clean, cozy and an easy stay with a good host. »

« We stayed here one night and went to nearby Rock City and Lookout Mountain the next day. We should have built in more time to devote to spending on the property here because the owners had scavenger hunts for us as well as just looking at all the detail involved in decorating the Buttows ti look like Hogwarts. The entire family enjoyed our stay here. We will hopefully be able to visit again soon! »

« House and location as described, large. Yard showed that other dog owner renters did not clean up properly. Rental management co fellow is available for questions, but asked us to tell him in case we decided to leave early due to weather (which we ended up doing), just so he could get it cleaned immediately. Since no partial refund was offered, I found it annoying to be asked to report in. »
